In this course you will learn how to get value estimates, how to support your values for specific updates when doing a CMA, search for foreclosures before they hit the market, and use the map to search for specific criteria your consumer may request. You will leave knowing how to generate professional, custom reports that can be sent directly to your consumer for their review. Live desktop and mobile app demonstrations will be provided. Registration is required. Registrants will receive an email with webinar login information upon registration. This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits. Webinar Webinar Zoe Liston Zoe Liston holds both her real estate and appraiser license and is the owner of her own appraisal company. She has over 16 years developing and teaching classes for MAAR, RMLS, and other Minnesota Realtor® Associations. She is Instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division at MAAR.
