We will cover professionalism, ethics, and best business practices when working with buyers and sellers. Through the explanation of the code of ethics, enforcement of the code, case studies, and in real life examples we will address how the agent can best serve their clients both ethically and professionally. This course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics Requirement for the cycle that runs January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2021. He currently serves on RMLS, board of governors, MNAR Professional Standards Committee and NAR Public Policy Coordinating Committee. He has been a continuing education instructor for several years, teaching many types of classes including agency, fair housing, seller and buyer counseling, transaction problem solving and the required modules.
