In this course you will learn the basics of MLS including property searches, contact management, automatic emails and all the latest and greatest new features. You will learn all the tips and tricks to be more efficient. **A computer is not required** This course is approved by the MN Department of Commerce for 3.75 real estate continuing education credits. She became a Realtor in 1994 and a Certified Appraiser licensed in 1998 working in both professions throughout her career. Starting around 2001 Zoe began developing and teaching classes for agents and appraisers. She has been on the MAR Board of Directors and other committees. Outside of work Zoe fosters way too many dogs with Underdog Rescue and goes kayaking whenever possible. .
