This course explores how the convergence of Property Technology (Prop-Tech), Financial Technology (Fin-Tech), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the REALTORS® role in today's housing economy. Learn how emerging platforms are redefining consumer expectations, transaction processes, and the management of real estate equity. REALTORS® will gain the insights needed to shift from being transaction facilitators to becoming strategic advisors, equity advocates, and interpreters of data in an increasingly tech-dominated marketplace.
Participants will discover the latest innovations in Prop-Tech, Fin-Tech, and AI, understand their impact on consumer trust and market dynamics, and develop strategies to remain indispensable in the housing ecosystem of tomorrow.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, REALTORS® will be able to:
I. Understand how Prop-Tech, Fin-Tech, and AI intersect to form the new foundation of the real estate industry.
II. Identify the emerging platforms and data ecosystems influencing consumer housing decisions.
III. Evaluate how these technologies are transforming valuation, financing, compliance, and governance within real estate.
IV. Reframe the REALTORS® role from transaction manager to equity strategist and trusted advisor in a digital-first era.
