Some of these homes may have unique features such as a hidden room or an outdoor shower, however, some homes are totally unique in their construction. This course aims to educate agents on the types of unique homes, their history, and what issues are commonly found in each. This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits. Course is free but registration is required.
