Infosparks is a cutting-edge market analytics tool that empowers REALTORS to better access, understand and share key market data. The course starts with a high-level overview of how to access and navigate the tool as well as how to use the customized features. Attendees will leave knowing how to analyze and present information on different areas, metrics, market segments and price ranges. You'll also learn how to create reports and use them effectively in managing expectations and providing better service to consumers. You can share market information on social media or through email directly from Infosparks. Ever been asked how long it'll take for a home to sell? Or how months supply differs between condos and town-homes? Or what share of my asking price will I receive? Or how do St. Louis Park and Golden Valley differ? Its all here, folks. Who knew data could be so fun?! 

This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 2.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

After finishing his statistics degree at UMD in 1992, David moved to California, began his career in the mortgage industry and started investing in Real Estate alongside his wife. 

 

They returned to Minnesota in 1997, where they continued to invest in real estate eventually moving full time to Real Estate obtaining his real estate license in 2003 and his broker license in 2005. David and his family lived through the Great Recession as active Realtors, mortgage professionals, and investors — ultimately achieving their first million through real estate. 



Today, he combines three decades of hands-on experience with his statistics background to help others build wealth through real estate and to educate fellow Realtors on how to leverage historical data and market analytics to grow their own business.
