DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy 2024 Contracts Course: This class will explore the recent changes to contracts and forms related to Minnesota real estate transactions. Additionally, emphasis will be placed on the contract issues that come up in day-to-day business so agents will be better equipped to serve buyers and sellers after instruction on what is contractually required. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. Location: This class will be offered In-Person at Minneapolis Area REALTORS®. Materials: Class materials will be sent to you via email 24-hours prior to the class. Important Details: Be on time. Per the DOC Rules require attendees to not miss ANY of the class or NO CE will be given. Immediately following the class we will have an 1-hour open forum Mastermind, an opportunity to answer your questions about how to continue to show Your Value as a Realtor. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
