She became a Realtor in 1994 and a Certified Appraiser licensed in 1998 working in both professions throughout her career. Starting around 2001 Zoe began developing and teaching classes for agents and appraisers. She has been on the MAR Board of Directors and other committees. Outside of work Zoe fosters way too many dogs with Underdog Rescue and goes kayaking whenever possible. .
