This class will teach new Realtors® the importance of listing data accuracy and how to best serve their clients who are buying and selling property. The MLS provides access to many tools as core services that real estate professionals use to support their business and clients. New Member Intro to MLS equips Realtors® with the knowledge needed to list their properties accurately and effectively, explore the products and services available, and fulfill their clients real estate needs. Learning Objectives: - Understand the purpose and value of the MLS in the real estate industry. - Learn about the products and services offered through the MLS and how they can be used. - Gain the knowledge of listing input into the listing input system database and the importance of data integrity. - Learn about permission level access to listing input and how to allow listing edit access to others. - Recognize the option for accessing different MLS systems based on user preference.
