Important Update: Code of Ethics Training Deadline Approaching

As part of our commitment to uphold the highest standards, all Realtors® are required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training every three years to maintain their membership. The deadline for this cycle, Code of Ethics Cycle 7, is fast approaching on December 31, 2024.

To ensure that you remain in good standing, please complete this essential training before the deadline.  You can easily verify your compliance status by logging into your portal. Simply check under your name to see if the COE requirement is marked as complete.

This course includes an overview specific updated articles.

I have served as Region 8 Vice President
Chaired just about every committee for Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and Minnesota Area Association of Realtors or served on every committee. I've held a position on the Board of Directors for both the Minneapolis and Minnesota Association of Realtors for multiple years.

I have taught with Mike Ferry a nationally known speaker, trained all the new agents for Award Realty Inc, and Coldwell Banker in the early 80’s. I have taught for Minnesota Association of Realtors as well as Minneapolis Association of Realtors for over 40 years. Currently teaching, New Agent Orientation and Code of Ethics courses.

Managed Offices for CB, Award Realty Inc, and served on both boards of directors.
