One area that many are not familiar with is chimneys and fireplaces. This course is aimed to better educate agents so they are more comfortable selling homes with these features and can answer those common questions that their buyers or sellers may ask. This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 1.0 hour of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits. Course is free but registration is required.
