Many changes have occurred over the years and will continue to change as does the modern-day consumer. It is my intention to update the industry as to how the code applies to the modern-day buyers and sellers in our market place. Along with review of Chapter 82 and the meaning of the fundamentals that we live with daily. As the industry gains momentum in the everyday life of ever consumer we need to take steps to secure our position and do it ethically and honestly. As we protect the largest purchase any consumer normally makes we need to take a step back and make sure we are all doing it according to the rules and regulations and the laws of this industry. This course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement for the Cycle 5 that runs January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018.
