We will cover professionalism, ethics, and best business practices when working with buyers and sellers. Through the explanation of the code of ethics, enforcement of the code, case studies, and in real life examples we will address how the agent can best serve their clients both ethically and professionally. This course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics Requirement for the cycle that runs January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020. This course is approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
