Additionally, attendees will hear updates from Eden Prairie school district leadership that will help ensure they are fluent in speaking about the academic programming and unique offerings at all grade levels to prospective home buyers. The course includes a bus tour of new real estate developments, infrastructure updates, and the Southwest Light Rail Transit project. Learning Objectives: -Local Realtors® are familiar with new real estate developments in Eden Prairie to educate their potential buyers. -Realtors® will be able to speak to the high-quality experience that Eden Prairie Schools offer. -Realtors® will feel confident answering questions from prospective home buyers in Eden Prairie. Dr. Swanson is an experienced K-12 educational leader who has served in a wide variety of building and district level leadership roles and effectively managed systemic organizational change. Julie Klima Julie Klima is the Community Development Director for the City of Eden Prairie since 2013. She has a Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State in Local &Urban Affairs and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Ron Case Ron Case has been the Mayor of Eden Prairie since January, 2019 having been recently re-elected to his second term. He previously served five-and-a half terms as a member of the Eden Prairie City Council. Robb Virgin Robb Virgin is the Executive Director of Personalized Learning of Eden Pairie Schools. Virgin served as the principal of Eden Prairie High School since 2018. David Lindahl David Lindahl is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Eden Prairie. His division is responsible for services that promote growth, community development and that support the overall economic vitality of the community.
