David Arbit Director of Research & Economics at Minneapolis Area Realtors David holds a Masters in Housing and Economic Development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. He has undergraduate degrees in Urban Geography and International Politics from Macalester College.
