Julia Lashay Israel


Julia Lashay Israel is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, real estate executive, and TEDx presenter known for delivering powerful, practical messages on leadership, resilience, entrepreneurship, and wealth building. Julia is a sought-after speaker whose keynotes and trainings have reached tens of thousands of professionals, including audiences exceeding 15,000. Known for her energy, clarity, and authenticity, she blends real-world leadership experience with compelling storytelling and actionable insight that moves people to action.

Tim Hur
Tim Hur (ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, SRS) is NAR’s 2024 REALTOR Party Community Engagement Liaison.

Tim is a national speaker and seasoned real estate professional with 15 years of experience. He is managing broker for Point Honors and Associates, REALTORS, a boutique real estate firm in Metro Atlanta.

Tim serves the real estate community in various capacities. In 2018, he served as Chair of the NAR Diversity Committee. That same year, he served on the NAR task force charged with promoting and commemorating the 50th anniversary of fair housing. Tim was appointed by NAR’s 2013, 2014, and 2015 presidents to be their respective President Liaison to South Korea.
Tim's leadership experience extends to his role as the immediate past national President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the largest Asian American and Hawaiian Pacific Islander membership trade association in the United States with over 18,000 members and 43 chapters.

Tim consistently ranks in the top 5 percent of practitioners in the Atlanta market by volume and production.
He is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS, Atlanta Commercial Board, and Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS.

He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chris Linsell
Chris Linsell is a real estate technologist, a sought-after real estate coach, and hands-on real estate professional with more than 13 years of experience buying and selling anything from modest starter homes to massive waterside compounds. Chris currently serves as the Director of Content for real estate technology company Luxury
Presence. 


In this role, Chris leads an impressive team of content professionals in telling the story of Luxury Presence’s products, services, and people. Chris has worked as a trainer and development consultant for national real estate brands such as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Michigan and Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, helping teams of all shapes and sizes realize their technology, lead generation, and overall business goals by finding new ways to demonstrate their expertise and authority in their local markets. Chris formerly served as the Senior Writer and Technology Analyst for The Close, the internet’s leading source of actionable, strategic insight for and by industry professionals.

David Arbit


Director of Research & Economics at Minneapolis Area Realtors 

David holds a Masters in Housing and Economic Development from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. He has undergraduate degrees in Urban Geography and International Politics from Macalester College. He has spent time in the public, private, non-profit and consulting worlds.

Since joining the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® in 2010, David has been the Associations go-to person for local statistics and economy data, forecasting, research and public speaking.
