DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy Old Home Certified (OHC) is a regional Realtor® designation developed by Rethos: Places Reimagined. Minnesota real estate agents will earn 12 CE credits approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for this course, but it is open to anyone. To maintain their designation, OHC agents must take 6 credits of Old Home Certified CE from Rethos during the two years following completion of the Old Home Certified course. This two-day course is team-taught and covers a range of topics, from area architectural styles to finding old home resources to the origins of Twin Cities housing and neighborhoods.
