Registration includes all 8 sessions, and a workbook you will receive during Session 1.

Session 1: Goal Setting

Successful business owners have goals and strategies as to how they're going to meet those goals. In session one attendees will learn how to set financial and personal goals based on what they want to achieve with their business. Attendees will leave with a better sense of how to organize their time based on their goals.

Kath Hammerseng

Kath Hammerseng is a real estate professional, educator, and industry leader with more than 30 years of experience and over 3,000 successful transactions. Licensed since 1996, she is known for her expertise in negotiation, strategy, and client advocacy. Kath has served on the boards of the Minneapolis Area REALTORS®, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, helping shape industry policy and professional standards. 

She also served for six years as a Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) for Congressman Dean Phillips, representing REALTOR® interests and strengthening connections between the real estate industry and federal policymakers. Recognized as Minnesota REALTOR® of the Year (2021), Kath is also the creator of the New Agent Academy and has spent decades educating and mentoring real estate professionals.
