Becoming a REALTOR requires a new member to learn and adhere to a higher code of ethics. In this course new members will learn about the history, current structure and articles of the Code of Ethics as implemented by the National Association of REALTORS. Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss with their peers how this relates to their interactions with consumers, to ensure they're providing ethical and top notch service to them.


This course is approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 2.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits

I have served as Region 8 Vice President
Chaired just about every committee for Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and Minnesota Area Association of Realtors or served on every committee. I've held a position on the Board of Directors for both the Minneapolis and Minnesota Association of Realtors for multiple years.

Started my career 1972 with Bermel-Smaby 

Founded Award Realty with my five partners in 1975-1981

Established DW Homes and successfully constructed multiple residential properties in the Plymouth, MN area.

Helped with the development of Swan Lake and Harrison Hills residential lots and multifamily homes in and around Plymouth MN.

I have taught with Mike Ferry a nationally known speaker, trained all the new agents for Award Realty Inc, and Coldwell Banker in the early 80’s. I have taught for Minnesota Association of Realtors as well as Minneapolis Association of Realtors for over 40 years. Currently teaching, New Agent Orientation and Code of Ethics courses.

Managed Offices for CB, Award Realty Inc, and served on both boards of directors.

My Real Estate Career has been serving the Metro area for over 4 decades and still enjoy the opportunity to serve past and present clients.
