In this course you will learn how to get value estimates, how to support your values for specific updates when doing a CMA, search for foreclosures before they hit the market, and use the map to search for specific criteria your consumer may request. You will leave knowing how to generate professional, custom reports that can be sent directly to your consumer for their review. Live desktop and mobile app demonstrations will be provided.
