Course Description:
From making your first hire to building an expansive, high-performing real estate team, this course walks you through every stage of team development. Learn when it's the right time to grow, who to hire to complement your strengths, how to structure roles and responsibilities for efficiency, what systems and tools to implement for seamless operations, and why a strong team culture is critical for long-term success.


Course Objectives:
- Create a vision for your current/future team
- Learn different organizational structures for small to large-sized teams
- Create a value proposition/perks for administrative and sales roles
- Understand when the right time to make a hire is
- Discern who is the BEST fit for your organization
- How to create a job description, and where to post it
- Learn how to write and present a job offer
- Understand how to properly onboard and train new team members
- Learn phases and structures of healthy/successful teams

help people uncover and evolve the best version of themselves, in order to achieve their fullest
potential in life, both personally and professionally.
