REALTORS®, do you ever wonder how an appraiser conducts an appraisal? Appraisers, do you ever wonder how a REALTORS® conducts a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)? Wonder no more!

The Appraisal Institute is partnering with the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® to bridge the gaps between the industries. Join us for a fun filled afternoon of collaboration and learning. This three hour session will include demonstrations from an Appraiser and a REALTOR®, as well as a panel comprised of industry experts to provide answers to the questions you’ve been wanting to ask. It is our goal that appraisers and REALTORS® will leave feeling they can better serve their consumers and work together to make the housing industry stronger.
