As the Chief Administrative Officer at Minneapolis Area REALTORS®, Marcella De La Torre holds a combined role encompassing Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Member Services within the 9500-member professional trade association. Additionally, she oversees the organization’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives aimed at nurturing a culture of respect, inclusivity, and service for both internal staff and external members. Key accountabilities include driving revenue, managing membership, and delivering financial results, collaborating closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to tackle significant organizational and industry challenges and opportunities.

With over 20 years of experience spanning business, healthcare, and higher education sectors, Marcella has developed and implemented impactful programs and solutions in organization and leadership development, performance excellence, executive coaching, talent management, and learning and development. She holds certifications as a coach, a respected scholar, and an adjunct professor, with expertise in Organization Development, Nonprofit Management, International Law, and LEAN Six Sigma.
