This course will also provide a framework to prepare Realtors for doing business overseas as well as for foreign Realtors doing business in the U.S. A discussion with an expert panel of CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Realtors will offer a unique perspective in the field. Learning Objectives: 1. Understand cultural dimensions in communicating across cultures. 2. Identify potential sources of conflict when working transnationally. 3. Analyze the implications of doing business with other countries using the CAGE framework (Cultural, Administrative, Geographic, Economic) 4.
