This class will go through a standard mortgage appraisal to educate Realtors on how fields are recorded, terminology, and decipher appraisal codes. Knowing more about appraisals can also help you determine if a house will appraise for purchase price, or if an appraisal has some flaws and might warrant being contested for your client. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
