Course Description:

30-Hour Minnesota Pre-License Broker Classroom Course (30-Credit Hours Live Classroom) The Broker Course is designed to teach the information you need to pass the broker exam and also give you important information about how to be a good broker. We take an in-depth look at all of the Minnesota real estate laws and regulations. You will also learn critical information to keep you legal, like how to set up a trust account and how to follow the agency disclosure requirements. Minnesota requires you to complete the Broker Course within 12 months prior to licensure. Each applicant must have a minimum of three years experience.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for real estate pre-license education.
