We'll cover seller situations including: Probate Estates, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Trusts, and Corporations/LLCs. Learning Objectives: • The student will leave with a better understanding of the many issues that arise in today's real estate transactions regarding special entities as parties to the transaction. • Provide a focus on answering customer inquiries on how to proceed with the transaction. Learning when professional intervention is required. • Identify special sellers/entities for Probate Estates, Divorce (before and after proceedings), Bankruptcy filing, Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Trusts, and Corporate LLCs. She has also been teaching both pre-license and continuing education for more than 30 years. Previous to selling real estate Lynne was a real estate paralegal for several years.
