Course Description:
In this course, you'll learn valuable information on the various types of seller entities you may encounter as a listing agent. Learn "who" is given the authority to sign what on residential real estate forms, and what required documentation is needed. We'll cover seller situations including: Probate Estates, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Trusts, and Corporations/LLCs. 

Learning Objectives:
• The student will leave with a better understanding of the many issues that arise in today's real estate transactions regarding special entities as parties to the transaction.
• Provide a focus on answering customer inquiries on how to proceed with the transaction. Learning when professional intervention is required. 
• Identify special sellers/entities for Probate Estates, Divorce (before and after proceedings), Bankruptcy filing, Power of Attorney, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Trusts, and Corporate LLCs.

Lynne Mattson is a licensed Broker and actively selling residential real estate for 37+ years.  She has also been teaching both pre-license and continuing education for more than 30 years.   Previous to selling real estate Lynne was a real estate paralegal for several years.  

A refund may be granted up to the start of a program or event, with the exception of events that are non-refundable past a noted date listed at registration. Once refund eligibility has passed, if the program is being offered again with availability, registration can be transferred to a later date.
