Join us for an international, chef-prepared lunch, in an event that invites real estate professionals into a World Cafe-style dialogue focused on how to navigate client questions related to identity, community, and fairness in housing. Using the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), participants will engage in rotating small-group conversations that explore the nuances of client inquiries, such as questions about neighborhoods, schools, safety, and cultural demographics, and how to respond with legal, ethical, and inclusive professionalism.

Through this interactive, peer-driven format, participants will:
- Examine real-world scenarios where client questions may unintentionally reflect bias, discomfort, or misinformation.
- Reflect on the balance between client service and fair housing responsibilities.
- Practice inclusive language and reframing techniques in a collaborative setting.
- Share diverse perspectives and deepen collective understanding of how identity, privilege, and power dynamics show up in client interactions.
- Walk away with actionable strategies and scripts for addressing complex or uncomfortable questions with integrity and empathy.

International cuisine  will be provided upon arrival.
