Session 7: Title & Appraisal 

In this session attendees will hear from industry experts regarding titles and appraisals. Attendees will leave understanding what a title work is and how it impacts the home buying and selling process. They will also learn about what an appraisal is, how to prepare their clients for it and issues that can occur if the appraisal comes back higher or lower than the listing price.

Zoe Liston

Zoe Liston quit her job and moved to MN in the early‘90s.  

She became a Realtor in 1994 and a Certified Appraiser licensed in1998 working in both professions throughout her career. Starting around 2001, Zoe began developing and teaching classes for agents and appraisers. 

She has been on the MAR Board of Directors and other committees. 

Outside of work, Zoe fosters way too many dogs with Underdog Rescue and goes kayaking whenever possible.
