This course is designed to explore agency issues, disclosure requirements, negotiation issues, cancellation concerns, contracts and contingencies and will provide guidance on reducing risk liability exposure. This course is required for all real estate sales-persons and brokers by June 30, 2019. This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
